Information for exhibitors
VISITOR REGISTRATION
Visitor registration is now open via this Visitor Registration link. Please feel free to circulate this among your clients and people you wish to see at the show. We will be operating a major marketing campaign over the coming months to encourage buyers to attend CCNY. You can assist in this by providing us with images and social media content (see details on the separate Call for Social Media Content PDF).
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Please note that as exhibitors, you do not need to register yourself or your staff via the Visitor Registration link above. You should instead use this Exhibitor Registration link to register all the members of your team who will attend the show.
We invite you to join us for cocktails and canapés at the COVER Connect New York Party, hosted in a private Manhattan bar with rooftop terrace, 7–9pm Sunday September 15. RSVP via the Exhibitor Registration link above.
FURNITURE
We will provide some seating in communal areas and 2 folding chairs and a small round cafe table for each stand. If you would like to hire something else specific for your stand (more chairs, etc.) at your cost, please let us know by emailing Rachel Meek rachel.meek@hali.com by July 30.
LIGHTING
We work in close collaboration with the venue's lighting technicians to ensure your hung rugs and stacks will be well lit by spotlights, positioned according to our floor plans and adjusted again once your stands are set up. This service is included, so you do not need to order lighting independently.
FREIGHT
As in previous years, we use an exclusive freight forwarder for COVER Connect New York, given the tight loading restrictions in central Manhattan and the limited loading dock space at the venue. Therefore, all of your freight for COVER Connect New York should be delivered to ECI Transport. Alternatively, you can contact ECI Transport to arrange for freight collection.
Please note that there has been a change in our exclusive freight carriers. We will be continuing to work with Brian Galik and Ryan Frick who have established a new company based in New Jersey. The new address is:

Your freight must be at ECI Transport’s NJ depot no later than Friday September 6, 2024 to arrive at the show.

Please label each of your pallets clearly with your company name and contact, the show name (COVER Connect New York) and your booth number. Pack your freight on pallets, but avoid using metal pallets, which are likely to damage the floor, or sending loose rolled rugs which will slow down the load in.
LOAD IN
Exhibitors are advised to arrive at the venue to complete set up from 2pm on 13 September 2024. We cannot guarantee that your freight will be on your stand before that time.
LOAD OUT
Due to visitor feedback, the show will close to visitors two hours later than in previous years at 3pm.
The show closes to visitors at 3pm on Monday September 16, your pallets will be stored on site and load out can begin at 3pm. ECT Transport will also handle all freight on the load out.
