COVER Connect has grown from a virtual event, hosted in January 2021, to fill the void left by real-life trade shows and offer the most dynamic handmade rug brands the opportunity to launch their latest designs and collections virtually. In September 2021, the first edition of COVER Connect New York took place with twelve creative exhibitors showing at the Altman Building in Manhattan. In September 2022, COVER Connect New York returned to Manhattan with an incredibly successful second event, praised by buyers and brands alike, featuring twenty-two fabulous companies at the Metropolitan Pavilion. In January 2022, the first edition of COVER Connect Las Vegas was held to serve a US West Coast audience at SURFACES, part of The International Surface Event (TISE) at Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
